You can use this hemp seed oil plus CBD as an addition to the daily intake of vitamins and minerals. Because in hemp seed oil there are many healthy omega 3 and 6 fatty acids as well as vitamins and minerals. The recommended amount per day is 2 to 3 tea spoons with hemp seed oil plus. ne bottle of 100ml is enough for approximately 1 month of use.
