1. Shipping Destinations

We are a company based in the Netherlands and ship primarily throughout Europe. We deliver to all EU member states as well as selected non-EU European countries.

Free shipping is available for all orders from €100 within the Netherlands (Zone 1) and the entire European Union (Zone 2).

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

4. Packaging & Discretion

All shipments are sent in plain, neutral packaging with no reference to the contents. We take customer privacy and discretion very seriously.

5. Tracking & Delivery Conditions

  • Every order receives a tracking number, which is sent via email.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer. The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
  • The recipient must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Restricted Countries

Due to strict local regulations and import restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries and territories:

If your country is not listed above but you are unsure whether we can ship there, please contact us before placing an order.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will issue a full refund or reship the order at no additional cost, once the carrier has confirmed the issue.

8. Important Notes

  • Orders are only accepted from customers aged 18 and above.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our shipping policy or applicable laws.
