Withdrawal Policy / Right of Cancellation

This Withdrawal Policy applies to all purchases made with 420 Pharma via https://420pharma.org.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notifying us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of cannabis and THC-containing products, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons
Perishable or time-sensitive goods (including flowers, edibles, pre-rolls, and similar products with limited shelf life)
Products that have been used, opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery
Goods whose original packaging or seal has been removed or broken
Custom or personalized orders
Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned products show signs of use, opening, damage, or tampering.

5. Additional Provisions

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned goods. Items not meeting return conditions will not be refunded.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, but due to the sensitive nature of these products (hygiene, shelf life, legal compliance), the above exclusions are strictly enforced.
